Klynn is an AI-powered mobile application that provides comprehensive analysis of cosmetic, skin care, and oral care products by aggregating publicly available product information from web sources and providing AI-driven summaries and analysis.

  1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND METHODS



The App may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We collect information by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent, where such consent is required by applicable law. We also inform you of the reasons for collecting such information and how it will be utilized. You are free to refuse our request for this information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of the desired services without such data.

Visual content is transmitted directly to third-party AI services without intermediate storage on App servers

Permissions required include access to device camera, photo gallery, and file storage

Denial of such permissions may result in limited access to certain application features


Communication Content

Messages and correspondence transmitted through customer support channels


Chat Conversations

Messages you type and assistant responses within the in-app chat feature may be processed and stored to provide conversation history and allow you to continue chats

Chat conversations are associated with a device identifier and are not publicly visible to other users

We do not share chat conversations with other users

Deleting a chat in the app removes it from your device; however, it may not immediately delete the same data from backend systems

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

It is strictly prohibited to upload user content containing personally identifiable information, sensitive personal data, or confidential information, except for product photographs intended for analysis purposes.
